PLANET3 WIRELESS ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH TECHNET TRAINING CENTERS, MARIETTA, GA
Denver, CO - August 1, 2002 - Planet3 Wireless, Inc., creator of the Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP®) training and certification program, announces a partnership with TechNet Training Centers. TechNet Training Centers offers CWNA training, and provides quality instruction on several fronts.
Industry data indicates that the wireless LAN market is currently worth $1.5 billion - with expectations for growth to $5.5 billion by the year 2005. J. Whitted, Director of TechNet Training Centers, is excited about the partnership, stating that the CWNP offerings complement TechNet's vendor-neutral security programs. "With the addition of the soon-to-be-launched CWSP for the Wireless LAN market in August, it just makes good business sense to incorporate the CWNP curriculum now," according to Ms. Whitted. "The objective, now as always, is to deliver training that gives TechNet's clients a competitive edge in these fast-emerging technology markets."
