The CWNP Free Retake Offer

This page contains a summary of the rules of participation in the offer.

The Free Retake Offer ended August 31, 2011. If you took a CWNP exam between June 1 and August 31 and did not pass that exam, you are eligible for one free retake voucher. You have until September 30, 2011, to request your free retake voucher by sending us (fax or email) your score report. Free retake vouchers are valid until December 31, 2011.

Here is exactly what is being offered and how to take advantage of the offer. This page should serve as clarification for how you can get a free retake on your CWNP exam.

1. You must take the exam between June 1 and August 31, 2011. It doesn’t matter when you purchase your exam voucher or register for the exam. It matters when you sit in the dimly lit little room with the PC and actually take the exam. You have to take the exam between June 1, 2011, and August 31, 2011.

2. If you did not pass the exam that you took between June 1, 2011, and August 31, 2011, then you can get a free retake by emailing your score report to customercare@cwnp.com or faxing it to 1-866-422-8354. If you fax us your score report, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS! The deadline for requesting your free 2nd shot voucher is September 30, 2011. You will receive your free retake in the form of an email containing a Pearson VUE exam voucher code. It will take about 10 business days between the time you submit your score report via fax or email to get your Free Retake Exam Voucher. If you do not keep your score sheet, you will not get your free retake. Keep that score sheet!

3. Once you get the 2nd Shot Exam Voucher, you have to use it by December 31, 2011. The voucher you receive will not be valid after December 31, 2011.

Here’s the short version:

1. Take the CWTS, CWNA, CWAP, CWDP, or CWSP exam between June 1 and Aug 31, 2011
2. If you didn’t pass the exam, fax or email your score sheet to CWNP before September 30, 2011.
3. Use your Free 2nd Shot Exam Voucher before December 31, 2011
