| Overview: |
CWSP online training offers LIVE, instructor led training including hands-on labs. The CWSP online class is five days (Monday - Friday) with an additional (optional) two day (Saturday and Sunday) intensive exam preparation period at no additional cost. The morning sessions (four - six hours) consist of the instructor presentation with lectures and discussions. The remainder of the day is allotted to student workshops consisting of hands-on labs.

| Course Equipment: |
The CWSP online class takes place within a web-conference facility. Students view and interact with the same high-quality flash animations and high-resolution graphics that are presented during the regular instructor-led classes.
Students may connect with either a dial-in or a VOIP-based connection to participate in the real-time, two-way audio portion of the class. An instructor-approved, high-quality VOIP-compatible headset and microphone is included in the course enrollment fee.

Terms and Conditions
CWNP Online Class Cancellation Policy:
Persons looking to cancel their attendance of an CWNP online class are subject to the following terms and conditions. Registrants who cancel ten (10) business days before the course will be entitled the full refund. Class registrants who cancel between five (5) and nine (9) business days before the course will receive a 50% refund of the course fee. Registrants who cancel less than five (5) business days before the course are not entitled to a refund.
All cancellations are required to be in writing and notified to a CWNP representative. CWNP reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course if necessary.
