Hello, 

My understanding is the Protection field is available in the HT operation element and the HT protection field in the HT operation element is the one that going tell you the operating mode of the BSS.

However, in CWAP Study Guide Page 303 says The HT information element includes the HT protection Mode.

I have some difficulties to understand. so my question is, is the protection mode appears in two different locations, HT operation element and HT information element?
