Question about exam duration (urgent!!!)

    I heard that 30 mintues more exam duration can be given for the candidates whose first language is not English. Is it true? If it is true, how can i apply for the extra 30 min? I have scheduled the exam through Prometric website. There is not option in the web. Anyone can help me? It is quite urgent! I am in New Zealand.
