• Mike,

How to define a complete crack and a partial crack? CCMP seems to be the final choice, though upgrading to CCMP might not be an easy thing due to budgetary constraint.

As Wlanman said, adapt to 'their' language while writing any exam. Good point.

Another question: if you encounter a question that you think is incorrect on a real exam, what will you do?

This is exactly what I encountered while taking my CCNA exam several years ago. I can't reveal the detail due to the confidentiality policy, but some of options were definitely wrong - anyone with basic networking knowledge would easily identify the problem. It is as obvious as 1+1=2.

What I did then? I picked up the option which I thought was the closest to the question (that option, from my point of view, was not correct, neither), and shot a message to Cisco using the feedback function on the exam.

The good news, however, was I passed the exam at my first attempt. :-)
