Here are a few thoughts until a regular post something

Is this a Lucent wireless controller? and do you have access to any wireless diagnostic screens? may show alot of retransmissions due to interference of some sort. Make sure spanning tree(if used) is working correctly. Have they recently updated the firmware of any AP's or the conreoller? I will try
to find the controller documents.
