    You might also be familiar with VPN, LDAP, other than 802.1x. A decent soho wireless router should do the job that supports all types of EAP types, can support remote vpn and LDAP along with 2-3 wireless cards.
    802.11i is a must.

    I would suggest getting a Windows 2003 Server edition. I personally dont have any hands-on on attack generation or decrypting tools but I made it to CWSP.

    If you have already done your CWNA then that should take you through CWSP as well.
