In the satellite and microwave industries there are directories that list manufacturers, software developers, installers, maintenance contract companies etc alphabetically and by city/state.

Does anyone know of anything like that for W-Fi ?

In other words, you would look up say Florida and find CompanyX, design and installation work Tampa area ?

If not, might be a good idea for someone !!

Ah, I was going to suggest that my company's always on the lookout for talented network/wifi engineers and we do a good bit of work with sat-comm providers, but unfortunately for you we're based in the UK .
