I have some questions from classical 802.11

What is the use of Order bit?
What is StrictlyOrdered service class?

1. Order bit Set indicates that the data frame uses an upper-layer protocol which requires the use of a strictly ordered service, with the bits not being buffered by the AP. The order bit is not often used.

2. The Strictly Ordered Service Class provides a protection against out of order frames. This service allows the AP to hold broadcast and multicast frames going to addresses that already have traffic queued. This process stops broadcast and multicast traffic from arriving out of order and creating communication problems.

So they are mostly related to power save mode...
Am i correct?

You may see them in other places too. However, at this time their use is rare. With all of the new wonders on their way, who knows what we'll start to see.
