Pete - not sure if MiFi is available in UK yet. It's a Verizon driven product the size of a thick business card that acts as a 3G back-hauled Wi-Fi hotspot. Pretty cool for <5 users to get internet access via 3G, but when there are dozens of them, as it sounds like there were at WWDC, certainly would add to the Wi-Fi fun.
