Please clarify:

Information:
I configured a STA as IBSS creator in b-mode and the joiner sta was in bg mode. I verified that beacons from both the STA are transmitting b rates.

Question:

Now if creator leaves the network then joiner will become the creator. This joiner had b-rate in beacon earlier. Does the beacon from this new creator(after 1st creator leaves the n/w) transmit b/g rates then after or b rate. In information part above it is mentioned that the joiner is configured in bg mode.
