I agree with glenn and, yet, at the same time I think it's important that we think carefully about what is an easy to use interface and what is not. When I mentioned earlier, for example, that Vist is not easy to use, I was actually referring to users who've used XP. I have no problem pickingup Vista at all. Then again, I had no problem picking up Linux or Mac or Amiga OS or... well, you get the point. Those of us in IT are explorers of the new frontier... the digital frontier. What comes easy to us may come difficult to the users.
I wonder how many vendors of SOHO equipment actually have a non-IT person test their interfaces for usability. I'm sure that some of them do... at least I hope!
