When do you suppose folks in HR departments like Cisco (and others) will realize that hardly anyone fills all the requirements they list? You practically have to have 3 PH.D's, 5 Masters Degrees, 7 undergraduate degrees, know EVERYTHING in the world, and have worked in this exact type of job for at least 10 years. Nothing less is even remotely acceptable!
