    A dropped packet in a voice conversation stays dropped... you can't go back and get it because it would cause jumbled speech which is worse than delay, choppy speech, or jitter. One dropped packet won't kill the conversation but multiple ones will cause the conversation to sound worse than a cell phone and businesses won't accept that level of quality, regardless of how much money it saves them.
