AHA ! I was hoping I wasn't going crazy. I upgraded over 100 Cisco 350, 1100 & 1200's to 12-3.4 JA1 several months ago to support wireless infusion pumps. Everything worked correctly and I never noticed the EAP setting missing till today. We're having much trouble with some handheld devices. Worked fine on some ap's, not on others. I've spent 3 days comparing locations, ios versions, anything I could think of, finally noticed that the open authentication w/ EAP was off. Not sure why LEAP was working but enabling the "with EAP" fixes the handheld problem.
