    Hi paulzinda,

    Most times grounding is best left to a certified electrician, if it looks complicated (which it can be) sub it out.. Add the cost to the Bill of Materials, let the customer know up front "that you want to do it properly" and it may cost a bit more.

    I spent over 20 years in the military working HF/UHF/SHF radios. Grounding equipment was a habit and that was in some rugged tactical environments. Never lost a radio or equipment then...got taught the right way... thank God.
