I currently have a number of jobs (60) available and my client is looking for individuals who have the following technical expertise:

Desired Areas of Technical Expertise
?¡é?€?¡é RF design experience using RF propagation tools to model desired system behavior.
?¡é?€?¡é RF site acquisition, selection and development.
?¡é?€?¡é Familiar with IEEE 802.11 and 802.16 standards for WiFi and WiMax radio access networks.
?¡é?€?¡é Performance analysis of RF Networks
?¡é?€?¡é Practical experience of configuration and testing of wireless access points, routers and LAN switches.
?¡é?€?¡é Familiarity with terrestrial transmission protocols such as T1/E1, DS3, SONET/SDH
?¡é?€?¡é Cisco certification (CCNA/CCNP) a plus

The job is here in Atlanta but there maybe a lot of travel.

Educational Requirements

Education: BS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with telephony and/or data communications background
?¡é?€?¡é Experience: Minimum 5 years experience developing and/or deploying communications network equipment. Experience with security, wireless backhaul, configuration, management, and deployment is required. Familiarity with QoS and industry standards involved in IP network designs is also desired.

?¡é?€?¡é Excellent analytical problem solving, technical writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills are required.
?¡é?€?¡é Knowledge of wireless communication networks such as CDMA, GSM, GPRS, and iDEN. Knowledge of Mobile IP PDN comprising Home Agent/ Foreign Agent/AAA functionality.
