I happened to get ahold of an old 5000 and am playing with that now. Now, I've got to get a couple of their access ports as well . You are right Symbol is on the move.

The technical support is very good. The tech said the 5100 is what I want to play with. I can't afford that personally, so the 5000 with an upgrade will have to suffice.

You ain't seen nothing yet. Symbol will come out with another model (7000 series) and even a blade to go in the core big iron switches.

Have you had the chance to see what Trapeze is doing?
This WLAN world is rocking and making it easy for the WiMAX guys.

Success Stories

I literally just came out of the testing centre having taken the CWDP exam. The certification process opened my mind to different techniques and solutions. This knowledge can only broaden your perspective. Great job, CWNP, you have a great thing going on here.
