Hi caqn someone help I have a site with mulifactor interference

First there are conflicting 802.11b channels which i will tune out

Second does FHSS intefere with DSSS? The frequencies are the same so when FHSS hops into a DSSS channel will it interfere. Is tehre a reference or white paper on this,

Finally the client antenna is mounted in a van that goes around site. They have more drop out when it rains. Is the rain on the screen and build up behind the wiper blade affecting refraction through the screen, tha antenna is behind the wiper blade in the cab. Would a diverse antenna on the client improve things?
