    I just stumbled over this. Anyone seen it or played with it before?


  • Interesting Dev...

    Haven't played with it yet, but may try it soon. Working on deploying a wireless "mesh" network and if something like this will work better for the more rural areas, it may be a good idea to go with it.

    Either way...I'll start making some more detailed posts about this project as it gets a little more developed. The network will probably exceed 400 AP's and will be a interesting thing to follow for some I'm sure.

    I guess I would have to ask... is your question about the vendor or is it about the technology?

    From a technology standpoint, this is nothing new that I can see... using a combination of 900 MHz, 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz, based on penetration, distance, throughput, etc for each location served ...

    If it is about the vendor, then I understand as I have not seen this vendor's products before..
