How to find good wireless integrators?

Some of the wireless vendors that I deal with have told me some horror stories about VARs / integrators who are extremely bad.
My questions are
(1) How do you find good wireless VARs, particularly ones with the right mix of networking and RF skills?
AND
(2) Can you recommend any good ones to me, particularly ones who are willing to travel?
