Here's an article on Riverside's 86 square mile mesh.

I went to school in the Riverside area, so it's interesting to see this town make the news. I've also met Steve Reneker several times and am quite impressed with how he does various projects there.

(I talked to some insiders there, and I didn't think that the mesh was quite that big, but maybe I'm missing something)
