I use Bridgewave for that sort of thing. One cool thing is that they're 100 Mbps, and if you want to upgrade to 1 GBps, it's just a license key upgrade on the units.

(Another good place to bounce ideas off this is on the www.wispa.org listserv. I have found those guys to be incredibly helpful.)
