I'm looking for a gateway device (open source, preferably) that would do the following, even if it takes a little elbow grease:
--let me pass VLAN tagged traffic with certain ACL (e.g. IPtables-ish)
--let me QoS a VLAN tagged traffic
--let me serve a capture portal page to certain SSIDs/VLAN-tagged users
--work with, say, a receipt system with a unique key for the capture page
Right now, I'm looking through Sourceforge and see some that might be good candidates, but there are too many to really narrow down.
