    Sorry to hear that you're having so many problems. The easiest way to start the process would be to isolate the issue. Is this a problem that is happening with one access points or is it consistent across your deployment? If the problem is only in one location you could looking at RF issues and might need a spectrum analyzer to look at the location in particular. This is of course assuming that people at some point in the past were able to connect in this location. I would always however recommend starting at the client. First ensure that you have you laptop plugged in (or that it has full power) because some utilities will disable devices as battery life gets low. If you client has setting that indicated Signal to Noise ratios it might be good to note those as well. Second is you have the ability to change between (and assuming your access points support it) switch to 802.11a to see if the problem is still present.
