I hope you've resolved this by now. I would bet it's related to a Power Save setting.

But, I've heard many people say that Hospitals are THE most difficult environment to provision, given all the shielding, elevators, scanning, diathermy equipment, and beat-on Microwave ovens near the nurse/doctor break rooms.
