  • Agree totally with Jon. Its a rogue so use WIPS to disable it and then go tell to user to not do it. Combine with a company policy specifically forbidding it. GPO is great at managing it as well but I think you need to attack it from several fronts. The reason for deplying a WIPS goes beyond just dealing with this kind of rogue activity, but also is critical for monitoring the health of your wireless network and troubleshooting client problems.
