    Well I would first off check the firmware version of the client.
    (yes updated it to the latest one)

    Second what security are you using? Is this an autonomous solution or lightweight.
    (Light weight with Cisco WLC and we are using WPA and PEAP)

    Is the disconnection at a specific time interval ie every 30 minutes?
    (nope its just random all over not just one location multiple locations)

    Have you had a wireless survey to check coverage etc.
    (There is coverage for sure because I asked one of the field techs to take their laptop in the effected areas and check coverage with netstumbler to get get a quick check)

    I have been reading some negative things about Intel NIC's on the internet though and I know at my old job I had the same issue with Intel cards in Dell laptops. I ended up switching from Intel to Broadcom and not a single issue after that.
