Issues with Intel Pro Wireless 3945ABG NIC on Lenovo

- No "n" just a/b/g
- No other clients all laptops either have the 3945 or 5100
- I did notice one thing, all laptops have the Lenovo Thinkvantage wireless and connection management utility.
- However Windows is setup to manage wireless
- But seems like for some reason the Thinkvantage utility is taking over and turning the radio off.
- I un installed it from one laptop to test it out and updated the drivers to 12.4.4.5
