Some of it will mirror your CEH study, so a good first step will be to study some of the good books on the subject.

I like the "Wi-Foo..." book at http://www.wi-foo.com/ and
"WarDriving and Wireless Penetration Testing" by Chris Hurley etal.

There maybe better books out now but these are both really good books.

Some sections of a CISSP book might be a good start.

And I don't mean this facetiously - but go find yourself a junior position job at a company that performs Pen-Testing. Nothing beats experience, and unfortunately sometimes to get the job you already need the experience - the classic Catch 22 condition.

UNLESS, you are already a sworn police officer in some jurisdiction, and then you may find it much easier to get into that position.
