PEAP roaming issue - resolution

In case anyone has come across the issue of users not being able to roam between APs in the same subnet when using PEAP and Radius for user authentication, I have found a Microsoft hotfix that resolves the issue.
It is KB885453.
I hope this will help someone in the future cause I spent days combing through debug outputs in the AP and ACS logs trying to figure out why roaming wouldnt work.
