  • Got to admit, that test was a beast. You guys are tricky. But regardless, is it worth me trying to get the CWAP right now and apply for the CWNE? Or hold off and just go for the CWNE exam? Will CWNE classes be provided since content from the CWAP exam is getting rolled up?

    Congratulations! Well done!

If you have the time, I'd advise you to pursue CWAP this year. The CWNE exam PW0-300 is going to be far more difficult than CWSP or CWAP.

There will be authorized training classes for CWNE, but likely not until 2007.

  • Excellent dude! What resources you used to prepare for this test?

The CWAP study guide is an excellent resource for the CWAP test.

  • An additional benefit of doing the CWAP now is that the CWSP/CWNA stuff is fresh in the mind. The fact is that, as we work from day-to-day, we lose some of the facts that are needed to pass an exam but that can be referenced for daily use - unless your name is Criss Hyde and then you have the entire collection of IEEE documents memorized (sorry Criss, couldn't resist - you are in fact the wireless MASTER, and I sincerely bow to you).
