    Hii

I would like you all the xperts to help me understanding the concept of RSNA in relation to WPA and WPA 2.

    1. RSNA is implemented with what ? WPA or WPA2.

    2. What will be the Element ID for the WPA2 in wireless capture (it is 221 for WPA) , will it be same , if yes how will we find from capture that either WPA or WPA2 is used by AP . *assume that both TKIP and AES is supported by WPA

    Thanks

  • Hi,

RSNA is the concept that is employed in IEEE 802.11i standard (WPA2). It uses various authentication and key generation methods (A detailed information can be found from CWSP official study guide 2nd ed.).
