best Capacity for Voice over WLAN...

    if a VoWLAN capacity network is intended is it recommended to use the 5 GHz U-NII band that allows for 12 non-overlapping channels? or better still, with the 802.11h 'extension' (where regulations permit) to make for maximum live connections? with 802.11a's comparatively smaller cell size to 802.11b/g
