  • Hey, Guys. We all know that in WINXP when using 802.1x PEAP + Active Directory + IAS, if we put username and password into the pop-up windown, they will be cached in system and the way to change username and password is either remove/re-create a new wireless profile or edit registry.
My question is, if I would like to change password only (same username), do I have to do the same thing? Since I found when using Cisco wireless controller, if administrator change the password in AD, the 802.1x pop-up windown will appear immediately again. It gives user a different opportunity to change the password. However it doesn't work on other vendor's controller.
Anyone has idea about this? Any advice will be much appreciated.
