Thank you very much for the well written clarification, now it's very clear that "cipher" shouldn't be interchangeable with "key", i'll add it to the suggested Errata.

For ch7, Q5. Well, the answer states that roaming is actually based on proprietary rules defined by the manufacturer, yet in the same time the question itself is kinda based on the 802.11k amendment, abit confusing if you ask me.
Didn't read the amendment myself (Just the CWNP RSN FT whitepaper, which is a great read), is the OKC mentioned at all? or it's just the de facto method?
