  • I usually setup 802.1x authentication with PEAP/ none validate server certificate successfully, but i don't how how to setup with other modes

    how to setup EAP/TLS, EAP/TTLS, EAP/MD5..

Could you give me some practices

    Thanks

  • Their are some very good reference guides on Cisco and Microsoft sites, and pretty much anywhere really, EAP-TLS can be funky as you have client side certs aswell. EAP-MD5 not done that yet, equally if you major on Cisco you will need to know EAP-FAST and its differences from LEAP.

I will have to look at EAP-MD5

I will dig out the guides and post link later, its very much the PKI and RADIUS infrastructure that you need to look at and Active Directory policies as the wireless side from a configuration point is relatively straight forward its getting it all together thats an issue.

Also understanding the subtle differences in the message exchanges for the CWSP exam which is where I need to strengthen my knowledge, I am eagerly awaiting my CWS Study Guide to start drilling into this

  • Congratualtion Pete,

    and, waiting your link

  • My apologies I simply forgot
