please tell me how the dissociation of particular wireless station is activated in acces point from the server or is there is any tool to do this action.

Access points such as the Cisco AP1100, AP1200, and AP350 have a button for disassociating stations in the association table. You can disassociate stations using AirJack from a Linux computer. :) You can buy a wireless LAN switch, perhaps an Aruba, and they have that same feature where stations can be manually disassociated.

Also, to add to Devinator's reply...I believe if we are using some hotspot billing solutions (ex. Proxim AP-2500, Nomadix Gateways, Hotspot software in general) there is an option to disconnect the users that are online from the management interface.
