That is true for the first frame sequence if the RTS/CTS threshold has been met. So, another part of the test question:
If the RTS/CTS threshold on the transmitting STA is 350B and the STA is trying to send an MSDU of 1050B, but the fragmentation threshold is set to 400B, what will happen?
