Has anyone carried out any testing with Streaming Media over 802.11g?

Running into a problem where the max number of streams that I can support appears to be 4. Once I add the fifth one, the streams degrade on all of them.

The bandwidth of each stream is only about 1MB maximum, so it is not a throughput issue - clients are all connected at 34MB.

Analysis on AiroPeek NX shows a high number of RTP "Packet out of sequence"

My view is that the addition of the 5th Streaming Client is adding too much delay to the network....hence the reason why I am seeing these problems.

Would appreciate any input from anyone carrying out similar tests.

Success Stories
