How do you get an Atheros radio to associate with an 802.11a and 802.11g AP at the same time? No dice man. Can't do that.
On a side note, you won't see more than 20Mbps of actual throughput with a 54Mbps connection.
I see that it looks like you did your test in Ad-Hoc mode? Try going through an AP. That will give you more realistic results.
