Cisco and SpectraLink/Polycom both recommend that you do STATIC power and channel assignments for wVoIP environments. I don't know what Aruba recommends off the top of my head, but I can tell you that most network architects will tell you that ARM & Auto-RF don't mix very well with voice and to avoid it.
