minimizing collision between STAs

    The use of rts/cts on a client. The client will announce it is sending traffic with an RTS and the ap will return with a CTS frame alerting the medium to be quite for a set period of time NAV.

    Do keep in mind RTS/CTS could and will likely impact your throughput due to the excess over head. In areas where APs are at 100mW and separated by some distance RTS/CTS is good as it help with the hidden node issue.
