65000 bytes of packet of ping

    Hi Guys,

    I am doing this little test on few aps from linksys wrt54g, dlink and one more from my ISP.

    When i do a 65000 bytes of packet of ping from MSdos over 2.4 ghz wireless link on open SSID with no security, it does not work for linksys with latest firmware.

    when i do the same with same setup except that AP is different it works. I have tried many USB adapters, internal nics. if i ping say 30000 bytes of packet, it will work but not 64k.

    tests work ok for other 2 AP

    Do u know why it could be happening?

    Hmmm...

    What was the point again? Which traffic are you trying to emulate?
