We?re planning the CWAPv2 Beta class for late March or April 2011. The class won?t be free, but will be much less than a regular class. We'll be conducting the class here in Atlanta in March or April, and it will be by invitation only. We anticipate a 3 or 4 day experience for this one, and we're seeking the best mix of experience in the field, with different vendors, and within certain industry verticals. One requirement is CWNA at minimum.

To inquire about an invite, please email us at cwap_beta@cwnp.com with name, phone, and a brief bio.

  • I'm really interested. How much of a discount are we talking about?

If the new CWAP book is only coming out mid March, that doesn't leave much time to read the book before the class. I hope the class would be in April, rather than March, from that standpoint.

Will the price of the class include a shot at the new exam? If so, can we take the exam later, or will we have to take the exam at the end of the class?

Registration for the CWAPv2 beta class is CLOSED.

What an amazing attendee list of Wi-Fi heavy hitters will be in the same room for 3 days in April! We will have representation from five WLAN manufacturers (Cisco, Ruckus Wireless, Siemens, Aerohive Networks, Xirrus), several IT consulting firms, universities, hospitals, and a large national retailer.

Thanks to everyone who expressed interest in attending this beta class. It will be a fun filled, technically challenging, brain-melting 3 day adventure into 802.11 frame and spectrum analysis!
