Secondly the term the regulatory domains listed as MKK, SG, ASIA an TW where possible MKK is Japan, SG is SIngapore an TW is Taiwan is misleading. Many other Asian countires follows either the FCC or ETSI rules.

The table is taken from HP and the docs form one of their APs and do not shows information from the regulatory domains official documentation rather it shows what is supported/implemented on that specific AP.

Part of the problem is that this information changes so rapidly. There is also no single authoritative source. Often the best list we have is some manufacturers list. I often use Cisco's list, but it's often out of date too.

Countries like Turkey are changing their requirements so fast, to smooth their EU membership effort, that it is driving manufacturers' Compliance departments and even external labs crazy.
