How to complaint CWNP?

I passed CWDP exam (PW0-250) on 18 May 2013. But until today, I still cannot register my exam results. The system cannot find my exam record.
I had sent a few email to CWNP customer services mailbox, but they never reply. I really disappointed to their services. I am not the US citizen, I am not sure which government department should I report to. Please advice.
If I want to complaint CWNP, should I report the case via the below link?

I had reported to PearsonVUE aleady. But Pearson also no reply. Let's report to the US NC goverment.
