    I'm sitting here wondering how regulatory bodies are handling the fact that 802.11n allows for 40 MHz wide channels, which means that use of channel 1 or 11 will mean that a significant portion of a device's transmission will be overstepping into licensed frequency space. :-(

    Any ideas? Anyone know?
