...let me get this straight. A business wants you to break FCC regulations for their WLAN? I'd offer them the proper solution, and walk if they don't accept it.
No kidding! I would love to know what the motivation is that this company has for wanting to deploy a WLAN on Channel 13 in the USA.
If the business does not want to abide by FCC regulations, you could always tell them that we do not use channel 13 in the USA for the same reasons you never see a 13th floor in buildings.
